Chapter one
Article one
Kaznia will only recognise and engage in diplomatic relations with with nations that match this criteria:
a) A permanent population;
b) A defined territory;
c) Government;
d) Capacity to enter into relations with otehr states.
Article two
The nation (referred to in this policy as "the state") requesting recognition and diplomatic relations must have a serious attitude and must not be fully or partially internet based.
Chapter two
Article three
The government of Kaznia can and will retract recognition of the state if that state is engaging in what seems to the Kaznian government as hostile actions towards Kaznia.
Article four
The government of Kaznia will also retract recognition of the state if it is becoming fully or partially internet based and/or losing its serious attitude.
Article five
The government of Kaznia will retract recognition if the state dissolves into another state accourding to its own free will.
